PLANNING SERVICES

  • Creation of invitations, decorations, signage, games, packaging, favors, etc. Anything that needs to be informative and look good doing it.

  • Bespoke art in the form of images, drawings or type for print or digital media. See examples here

  • Concept development is our love language. We love transforming an idea or a feeling into an experience. We create then concept boards that provide the blueprint for creating your event’s theme, atmosphere, and overall experience.

    This can include elements like colors, decor, food, favors, games, activities, invitations, graphic elements, etc.

    If helpful, they can also include breakdowns of budgeting, timelines, and potential challenges to ensure the concept is realized effectively. 

DESIGN SERVICES

Design fees start at $150

  • BFF status throughout your event. This includes everything from concept & design to coordination & clean up. À la carte services and rentals can be added to suit your needs.

    Consulting fees start at $200

  • On-site planner to ensure a smooth and efficient event. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the setup process, coordinating with vendors, addressing any issues that may arise, making sure everyone and everything is in the right place at the right time.

  • Ensuring the venue is clean, organized, and ready for the event. It may include setting up tables, chairs, decorations, and audio-visual equipment. 

  • Help finding suitable locations for events by evaluating the location's general ability to support the client’s needs. This can involve considering such things as conceptual requirements, budget, accessibility, guest count, power sources, lighting, proximities, etc.
